1-2 ripe bananas
1.5 – 2 cups of mixed frozen berries
1 Medjool date, pitted (optional)
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
1 Cup Soy Milk (I like Vitasoy Protein Plus) or other plant milk of choice (preferably calcium fortified and oil free)
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
Blend on high speed for 1 minute
Pour into your favourite bowl and enjoy topped with granola and extra berries
