Packed with greens but sweetened with banana, mango, and pineapple so you won’t even notice them!
· 1-2 ripe bananas
· 1 cup frozen mango
· 1 cup frozen pineapple
· 1 tbsp chia seeds
· 1 tbsp flax seeds
· 2 packed cups baby spinach
· 1 cup soy milk (I like Vitasoy Protein Plus)
· Filtered water to create the desired consistency
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour and enjoy. Any leftovers can be placed in ice-block molds and enjoyed once frozen.
