Welcome, I’m Sarah!

Whether you are here to prevent or overcome chronic health issues, lose weight, improve digestion, increase longevity or to feel healthier and more energetic, I am here to help.

I am a qualified Nutritionist and accredited Health Coach who is passionate about helping others prevent and reverse chronic illness using a whole-food plant-based (WFPB) diet.

Providing guidance and support, I can help you transition towards plant-based eating to experience improved health and wellbeing, abundant energy levels and enthusiasm for life.

I empower my clients to take control of their health and achieve their desired results by working with them to make realistic, achievable, and sustainable changes to their mindset, habits, and behaviors.

My Qualifications

I have worked in plant science for the last two decades as a Viticulturist, having a Bachelor of Science from Melbourne University and a Graduate Diploma in Viticulture. More recently I completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition from Deakin University and a Level 3 Certificate for Health and Allied Health Professionals from Wellness Coaches Australia. I am a member of Nutrition Australia and Health Coaches Australia & New Zealand Association (HCANZA).

In addition to my qualifications, I have experienced my own health journey and converted a young family from an omnivorous diet to a 100% plant-based diet virtually overnight.

In my spare time I love cooking delicious WFPB meals for family and friends, spending time in our vegetable garden or learning about the latest nutrition research.  I also enjoy yoga, and bush walking around the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
