My Story
In 2017, at the age of 41, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease (a type of inflammatory bowel disease) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) which changed the course of my life.
Inspired and motivated by the beneficial effect that gut healthy eating habits and key lifestyle changes had on resolving my gut issues, I returned to study so that I could share my knowledge and support others experiencing digestive problems.
My mission is to…
- Simplify complex health and nutritional information
- Alleviate overwhelm
- Provide clear practical steps to help you shift to a gut healthy way of eating and living…
…so you can live free of debilitating digestive troubles and regain your vitality!

"I have lost 16kg!"
I am more focussed on the factors in my life that I can control vs those beyond my control. This has helped to lower my stress levels.
Working with Sarah helped me realise the importance of focussing on my health & wellbeing. It also help me learn more about myself and how I need structure and flexibility to be able to prioritise my needs consistently.”

Small steps to big changes
Starting something new — especially when it comes to your health — can feel overwhelming. The truth is, changing habits isn’t always easy, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to begin.
That’s exactly why I’ve created my Free Gut Health Guide — a simple, supportive resource to help you take the first step toward better digestion and overall wellbeing.
While knowledge alone won’t change your habits, it does give you the clarity and confidence to understand what your body needs and how to start making meaningful changes.
And remember, you don’t have to do everything at once. Real, lasting change comes from small, consistent steps. Start with one simple shift and build from there.
If you’re ready for extra support to turn this knowledge into sustainable habits, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
