No, small amounts of meat, fish, eggs and certain dairy products can be part of a gut-healthy eating pattern. Our beneficial gut microbes thrive on a diversity of minimally processed plant foods with this being more important for robust gut health vs dietary label.

Yes, you are welcome to purchase an additional 6- or 12-week program if you feel you need more time to continue healing and imbed gut healthy habits. You are also welcome to book single coaching sessions as you need them following completion of a program.

I have found that clients who achieve the best results are those who commit to weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions. However, sometimes life happens and the time between sessions needs to be extended. This is an option but not ideal.

Yes! A healthy gut ecosystem also supports healthy functioning of our immune system, metabolism, hormones, heart, and brain. Many clients find that by addressing the causes of poor gut health, they also benefit from improved mood and clarity, clearer skin, and increased energy.

Yes, a gut healthy diet and lifestyle can benefit not only your digestion, but also other areas of your health. For example, eating an abundance of whole plant foods can benefit blood pressure and blood glucose levels, reducing your need for medication. These changes may occur quite rapidly, so it is best to work with your doctor to adjust medications accordingly.

Prior to working with Sarah I had increasing difficulties being regular and was feeling uncomfortable. It was impacting my everyday life where some days I felt quite unwell. 

Sarah educated my on the merit of having a plant-based diet. She encouraged and supported me to begin incorporating a wider range of plant foods, highlighting the evidence-based health benefits and different ways to prepare and enjoy them. We tried different foods to better understand what my body could cope with.
