6-week Rapid Transition

Equipping you with all the resources, tools and support you need to successfully navigate the transition to a WFPB diet and lifestyle within a short time-frame. The 6-week rapid transition can fast-track improvements in your health so you can begin to live and function at your best as soon as possible.

The 6-week Rapid Transition is suitable for you if:

  • You are new to plant-based eating and would like to jump straight into a WFPB diet to experience improved health and energy levels, but don’t know where to start.
  • You already consume a predominantly plant-based diet e.g., vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian, pescatarian, but would like to make further improvements in your health by incorporating more whole plant foods into your diet.
  • You have tried eating a more plant-based diet in the past but gave up due to barriers including not knowing what to eat, fear of nutritional deficiencies and lack of confidence in making lasting habit changes.

The goal of the 6-Week Rapid Transition is to provide you with the information, guidance, and support required for you to understand and experience the immediate health benefits of adopting a WFPB diet including improved energy levels, weight loss, clearer skin, better bowel movements.

3-Month Prevent & Reverse Chronic Illness

(minimum 3 months)

A minimum three-month program to equip you with all the resources, tools and support you need to navigate the transition to a WFPB diet and lifestyle so you can prevent and overcome chronic illness.

Prevent & Reverse Chronic Illness is suitable for you if:

  • You have a family history of chronic disease and/or have an interest in optimizing your health and would like to prevent a future diagnosis by adopting a WFPB diet and lifestyle.
  • You have been diagnosed with a chronic disease(s) and have been advised by your medical professional to adopt a WFPB diet and lifestyle to assist in treating and potentially reversing your disease.
  • You have been diagnosed with a chronic disease(s) and have tried the medical treatment approach, in addition to other diet, and lifestyle interventions, without success.

The goal of the 3-Month Prevent and Reverse Chronic Disease program is to provide you with the information, guidance, and support required for you to understand and experience the short and long-term health benefits of adopting a WFPB diet including potential disease remission and reversal.
