Breakfast can be so easily forgotten or the morning too rushed to make it a priority! I know the feeling. With 2 kids the mornings are always full-on making food for them, their lunches for school plus making sure they are ready to get out the door on time! And usually in there I need to eat something. I have pulled together some of my go-to recipes I call on when I’m in a hurry and need something nutritious but it will also give me the energy I need for the day. I have also included recipes that are for the mornings when I have the time to make something special and delicious (usually having to fight the kids and hubby off from eating it!!). I look forward to hearing your results and enjoyment of them.
