You’ll receive a high level of expert guidance and consistent, personalised support so you can calm your digestion, support your beneficial gut microbes and get your life back.
What is the 12 Week Gut Health Makeover?
The Gut Health Makeover is a comprehensive, high support program designed to provide clarity and direction on the steps required to implement gut healthy eating and lifestyle habits so you can overcome debilitating digestive problems and get your life back.
You will be equipped with all the resources, tools, guidance and support you need to make this transition as smooth, simple and effective as possible.
You will receive 12 weeks of coaching support and accountability. Together we’ll work on strategies to help you sustain and maintain your new habits, how to navigate complex situations and how to set boundaries and be consistent.
By gradually bringing in more gut healthy foods and adjusting your lifestyle, you will be able to support your beneficial gut microbes, heal your gut lining, reduce inflammation and overcome your health issues.
At the conclusion of the program, you will have the opportunity to create your own personalised blueprint for gut health, giving you the confidence to maintain gut healthy habits into the future.
In my experience as a health coach so far, I’ve observed the following:
- My most successful clients are the ones who commit to at least 6 weeks of weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions and who are dedicated to achieving their weekly goals and adopting healthy habits for life.
- Measurable improvements to gut health can occur within 28 days but healthy habits need to be sustained and maintained for the long-term to continue to enjoy the benefits.
- Lasting change comes from persistence, consistency and time to experiment and adjust.
Both programs were designed from the ground up to give you the depth of personalised care you need, not just diet and lifestyle advice. I will never provide you with a generic protocol for improving digestive health because we are all different!
What you can expect...
- Support, support, support! You will receive a total of twelve 1:1 coaching sessions (via Zoom) during the 12-week program.
- Your journey begins with our in-depth initial 90-minute coaching session where we discuss your health history, current state of health and wellbeing, and vision for the future. The goal of this session is to bring awareness to the factors contributing to your digestive troubles and to set a clear, personalized path towards helping you adopt healthy eating and lifestyle habits so you can feel better now.
- Our subsequent coaching sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. These follow-up sessions are essential checkpoints to evaluate your weekly goals, set new goals and adjust where required to ensure you are moving forward with confidence.
- For ongoing guidance and reassurance, you will receive unlimited email support during the program where required. I will be there to ensure you stay on track and feel supported at every stage.
