12-Week Program – Thrive with Plants
A comprehensive 12-week program to equip you with all the evidence-based information, resources, tools, guidance and support you need to consistently and sustainably eat more whole plant foods so you can feel energized, nourished, confident and optimistic.
Thrive with Plants is suitable for you if:
- You are experiencing uncomfortable digestive symptoms, low energy, peri/menopause symptoms, weight gain, elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, or fasting glucose and would like to make positive changes to your diet and lifestyle but are not sure where to start.
- You already eat a mostly plant-based or exclusive diet but are still experiencing health issues and would like to learn how to fine-tune your diet and incorporate more whole plant foods into your eating routine.
As a Nutritionist and Health coach I can help take the overwhelm out of making significant changes to your shopping and eating habits. I take a personalized approach, providing evidence-based information and resources and supporting you in navigating changes in a gradual, safe and sustainable manner. Together we ensure your strengths are utilized and any obstacles are identified and overcome.
THRIVE WITH PLANTS
Weeks 1 to 4 – Getting Started
1:1 evidence-based nutritional information and coaching provided around:
- Creating a vision statement and setting realistic and achievable goals for the following 3 months, including identifying your core values, strengths, tendencies, support required, any obstacles and brainstorming strategies for success.
- Organization and preparation for change including navigating the shops, setting up your kitchen, suggestions of foods to eat in abundance, moderate or minimize, simple ingredient swaps, reading labels, key nutrients to include, preparing nutritionally adequate meals, useful appliances.
- The health benefits you can expect to experience when eating a diet rich in whole plant foods.
- Personalized dietary adjustment according to your unique food preferences, food intolerances, and health goals.
- Physical and emotional symptoms that may arise as you begin making diet and lifestyle changes.
- Communicating with friends and family about diet and lifestyle changes and any support required.
- Managing different family food preferences.
- Overcoming a fixed mindset and self-limiting beliefs.
Weeks 5 to 12 – Establishing Sustainable, Long-Term Habits and Behaviours
1:1 evidence-based nutritional information and coaching provided around:
- Goal setting, review and adjustment where required.
- Meal planning for long-term success.
- Useful time-saving tips.
- Potential pitfalls to identify and avoid.
- Navigating social situations, dining out, special occasions, travel.
- Navigating a toxic food environment.
- Creating a supportive community.
- Eating more whole plant foods on a budget.
- Eating for planetary health and ethical reasons.
- Eating for longevity.
- Optimizing nutrition and wellbeing.
- Creating your personal health and wellbeing blueprint.

Single 60 minute 1:1 Coaching Session
Designed for people who have an immediate health issue or nutrition-related question they would like resolved or answered within a single coaching session, a single coaching session is also suitable for you if:
- You would like to ‘try before you buy’ and experience the benefits of a single health coaching session before you decide to commit to my 12-week program.
- You prefer to book single coaching sessions if/when you require them vs committing to my 12-week program.
