I am really grateful to have been coached by Sarah and only wish I learnt this 20 years ago. I would have been healthier now, and perhaps might have been spared some of the issues I’ve endured. Sarah created a safe environment to openly discuss somewhat awkward health challenges. Once I felt comfortable opening up, it paved a way for Saray to help form strategies that tailored for my circumstances.
She provided scientifically based information to assure me that the way forward was indeed a step in the right direction, and found a good cross section between what is ideal and what I could commit to.
Through the journey Sarah was empathetic, patient, knowledgeable and of good humour and shared from her own personal experiences. I would highly recommend Sarah if you want to live healthier but aren’t quite sure how to go about it.
