Ingredients

Scale

2 frozen bananas, chopped

1 cup soy milk

1 Medjool date, pitted and copped

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tbsp powdered peanut butter

1/2 cup water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into your favourite glass or insulated smoothie cup and enjoy, sipped slowly.
